really had to fight to get myself to go in the gym.. just didn't feel like it..  Had a lousy swim, only like 400m or so and just felt awful.. so for punishment I did 6.25 miles on the glider in 60 minutes.  Felt great to have a decent workout when going in I had psyched myself out.

3 mile run on the treadmill. 

warmup, then

2 by 1200m at 8:30 pace with 400m rest intervals at 12s
