 Hour with the Triathlon swim class.  The coach has taken a couple strokes off for me -- things are going really well in the pool -- got to suck it up and get the other 2 things going too!

OK I lied... Too nice of a night to not run!!! 4.66 Miles 42:32. my ankle is still barking at me, but a nice easy run felt pretty good.
