 Planned lite day - no running, no leg work - did some stretching and some abs/core work.  Plan 3 miles tomorrow then long (8 mi) run on Saturday.  On track with training program and feeling great!

 55 minute spin/ 14 miles (first since started running about 3 months ago, felt good to be back in the saddle)
1 1/4 hours of weights

Much needed rest day ... I am comepletly run down.
Just a little snow shoveling - 6" worth.
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.

unplanned rest day... school's are closed in north GA today, so had to skip the gym.

4.5 mile run this morning in 10 degree weather.  Can[t wait for my running buddy to get her legs back to normal (hopefully before I have to get my hernia repaired in January).

accidental rest day...got home late last night and crashed (partly due to flu shot & partly due to lack of sleep) slept late today  & just got home tonight...boo :(  I'm CRAVING the gym...hardcore..
