 5 mins on the Elliptical (torture machine) - 10 mins on the bike - then 15 mins on the TM doing 1 min sprint then 1 min walking, increasing grade each walking period.  Followed by 30 mins of weights focused on Arms/Upper Body and Abs/Core - nice workout!  Make it a great day!

30 min elliptical and some core/arm work.  It is COLD here!

 1000 meter swim.. 3.1 mile run..  17 minutes of highest setting on a stationary bike, and a shoulder/ab workout.   That would be 5% of an Ironman.  I have a LONG way to go :)

I'm on a quick biz trip in Iowa, so had to do a workout in the hotel's fitness room.
5 Mile repeats, warmup - 7:57, 6:57, 6:57, 6:47, warm down - 7:57

 2400 yards in the pool.  Roads are finally getting back to normal -- so I may be able to get a run in tomorrow :)

I rested today. I went to KM class for 1.5 hours last night and it was pretty rough. My shoulders hurt.  I actually intended on going to class today but I fell asleep.
