Hello everyone...Did 6.5 miles in perfect weather SoCal. Did a bit extra today because heading to Indianapolis today and suspect the weather is different and running outside may prove too cold! Dreadmill here I come. Have a good one :). Debbie

I went back to the gym this evening and put the smack down on a 5k on the dreadmill in 21:27!!! Then a one hour Spin Class Super Hi intensity Intervals!!! A Great day.

Rode my Road bicycle 56.51 miles in 3 hours and 19 minutes with an average speed of 17.5 mph.  Winds SW at 20-25 mph, temp 57-60 degrees.

Total mileage since Jan 10 until today = 11,247.44 miles years total.
