Core strength exercises and a quickie 15 min on the elliptical during a work break. The intent was to not burn a ton of calories - merely to help me get some feel good endorphines going so that I can get back on track and out of this stupid head funk. It worked - I feel so much better.
Highest: 380 / Surgery Day: 344 / Current: 203.8 / Goal: ~180 / Total Loss: 176.2
