 2.5 miles on the Dreadmill (it is 17 degrees with wind chill down to -1)....I might be crazy but I'm not crazy enough to run outside in this weather...did some additional leg and abs work on the weights.

Core strength exercises and a quickie 15 min on the elliptical during a work break. The intent was to not burn a ton of calories - merely to help me get some feel good endorphines going so that I can get back on track and out of this stupid head funk.  It worked - I feel so much better.
Highest:  380 / Surgery Day:  344 / Current:  203.8 / Goal:  ~180 / Total Loss:  176.2

4 mile run this morning (10:16 average pace) at 5am and it was 55 degrees out. Strangely warm for Oregon in December. I actually prefer running in the mid-40s, but who's complaining? Not me.

Tonight, I will go to my weights/core class for 1 hour.
