40 minutes on treadmill walking @ ~ 3.3 mph - then 20 minutes dumbbells for upper body

I had RNY Oct. 12. Have begun a workout routine of the above every other day. Every day on treadmill for 40 minute walking @ ~ 3.3 mph

Weight loss has been steady. Should I consider changing my routine? I have steadily increased my weights on the dumbbells.

Advice welcome.
