Friday Workouts
Unfortunately no, since its my second run since I got injured. Had I not got injured and not had to take that 2 weeks off running I could have, before I injured my foot I could do 5-7 miles at an 8:15 pace, right now I'm sticking around 10 minute miles since I don't want to pu**** and re-injure my foot. A few more months I'll have him eating my dust lol.
