Went on a 5 mile run with my husband. It was awesome having a running partner,especially my sweetie. We have been together 6 years and this was our first time running together.

Unfortunately no, since its my second run since I got injured. Had I not got injured and not had to take that 2 weeks off running I could have, before I injured my foot I could do 5-7 miles at an 8:15 pace, right now I'm sticking around 10 minute miles since I don't want to pu**** and re-injure my foot. A few more months I'll have him eating my dust lol.

5 minute warm-up at 4.5mph on treadmill followed by 17 minutes of HIIT on the treadmill then lifted weights. Also, I will be going to an advanced kickboxing/crosstraining class tonight for an hour.

First day back on the road since the marathon on Sunday.

Slow and easy 4 miler.  Felt great!
