 Very nice 6 mile run in 65:12; a little slow due to ice...had to watch where I was running - Ran with the Grand Rapids Running Club - nice run with some hills.

long run 19 miles on a local greenway in just under 2:40 minutes.  felt great up to mile 17, then bonk city.  i need to figure out the nutriion, i was eating a gel every 40 minutes, i suppose i can try moving it up to every 35 or 30 minutes.  details here: http://connect.garmin.com/activity/59387423

 did my own little indoor sprint tri today.  1000 meter swim, 5k run and 15 minutes at the highest setting as hard as I could on the stationary bike.

Nine frigid miles this morning, then a 3-mile jog with my running partner.  Luckily her knee is improving, so we'll get back to our normal runs soon.

Did 3400 yards in the pool.  Feel like I'm close to where I was back in May :)  Masters coach has helped my swim TREMENDOUSLY!!!!
Now to get the bike/run back on track
