Saturday Workout
long run 19 miles on a local greenway in just under 2:40 minutes. felt great up to mile 17, then bonk city. i need to figure out the nutriion, i was eating a gel every 40 minutes, i suppose i can try moving it up to every 35 or 30 minutes. details here: http://connect.garmin.com/activity/59387423
