Easy 4.15 mile run in 40:31, it was my first day running since I injured my foot during the Thanksgiving half marathon so I went slow and took it easy. I wanted to do 5 miles but I started feeling foot pain at about 3.5 so I stopped at 4 while I was still ahead. It feels good to run again, I really missed it these past 2 weeks. It's going to be an exciting night, mt husband gets back from Iraq tonight late night, I am so excited!
