 really sucked today.  Lackluster 800m swim, shoulder and abs workout.  Tried to run a bit, but the knees and legs are hurting too bad.. not sure whats the deal as I have really been taking it easy of late.

10 minute warm up on eliptical
lifting - legs & back
35 minutes on the arc trainer (inc 10/10, res 50/100)
12ish minutes on the TM - speed work for a mile, then cool down
stretching..

 Been gone for awhile, dealing with hubby's surgery and grandma being in the hospital...Husband doing better, grandma still in hospital.
After being MIA for awhile I finally got to the gym and did some legs and chest today...it felt good to go back at it!!!
