Savannah River Bridge Run

I ran this 5k on Saturday.  This was my second 5k and I shaved off 32 seconds from my last 5k.  The last one was on flat ground, and this one went over a HUGE MONSTROUS bridge.  I was proud of my improvement.  I'm also going to the doctor tomorrow to find out why I have such a hard time breathing while I run.  Hopefully, he can give me an inhaler or something to make it easier.  I'm excited!

Congrats! I was beating myself up all day on Saturday, I was registered for the 10k and it was my first DNS, I injured my foot during the Thanksgiving day half marathon and haven't been able to run ever since. I wanted to tackle that bridge so bad. Way to go on your big achievement!

AWESOME!  I spent a week on Tybee Island last summer and saw that bridge.  I bet that is a really nice race. Congrats.

Congrats!  Hope and pray all works out with the breathing!  I really hate it when I can't breath...kinda ruins the day.  Hang in there and again CONGRATS!
