 Ran with the Grand Rapids Running Club - 6.8 mile in 01:12:19; that is a 10:38 pace for me!  I really felt good about both the distance and the time!  Great run!

So, what did you do today?

I had a GREAT workout...apparently two rest days in a row worked out pretty well...and there were only like 5 other people at the gym, love the holidays...everyone's shopping and no one is at my gym!!!   :)

rowed 5k in 21:50
weights for 60 minutes (back, core & arms)
Arc trainer - 30 minutes (inc 10/10, res 50/100)
TM 1.14 miles - 12:55 (did my mile in 10:55)
stretching

With my running partner on medically restrictions I had to get out this morning and run by myself while waiting to walk with around the track.  I ran just under nine mile in 1'25".   Ran the hill twelve times and the flat course nine times.  Despite the frigid temperature, it was a really good run.  Had to stop when Susan arrived, and we walked two miles to get her knee back in shape.  Two more weeks before she can start running again.  The moral of this story is don't fall when running!

I planned on a 5 mile run but after taking a tumble on the trail i only got in 3.3. I tripped over a stupid root! No major damage just a sore shoulder and swollen lip.

90 minutes on the bike trainer. Foot is almost pain free,so I really hope to be running again next week.

4.5 mile run...going to keep the runs under 5 miles for a while so my running buddy can recover from injury. I kind of like the idea of these shorter runs....no stress!
