 Nice 4.0 mile run - 44:19 mins - outside 28 degrees - very brisk and roads were a little icy so had to concentrate on how I was running.

So what'd you do today???
Eating junk food and CRAP is not a reward...it's a punishment...

    No longer about weight , it's all about living.
