What's everybody doing today ????

Nice little leg workout for me.
6 mile run and 50 minutes of weights.
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.

10 mins on Elliptical then 10 mins on bike for warm-up followed by 45 mins of weights - upper body, core/abs - resting legs today - running tomorrow.

Five minute warm-up on treadmill at 4.0mph. HIIT on treadmill, 8 two minute rounds then lifted weights.

 Went to the Gym today for the 1st time in a year, walked 1 mile in 20 minutes then took a break and went back for another 15 minutes that = .8 mile...I am addicted again and cant wait for tomorrow
