Wednesday Workouts

5K in 41 min.
15 minutes upper body.

Let me just say that outdoor and treadmill runs are like night and day.  On my outdoor runs I can hit 4.5 miles at an avg pace that allows me to finish, indoors on a treadmill I am finding it hard to hit that sweet spot for me as you have to adjust belt speed.  I know in the long run this will be more beneficial to me as it is requiring me to maintain a more steady pace where outdoors it is easy to just slow up and not realize it.

I know I need to focus on upper body for longer but since I am doing my workouts at work in the mornings I still need to get my mornings routine worked out to allow me more time to focus on upper body.

Hope everyone had an enjoyable workout.
