Tuesday Workout

I did a leg workout... Squats, straight leg Dead Lifts, Leg Press, Leg Extensions, Leg Curls, Seated Calf Raises, and standing Calf Raises... Before that I did 1 Hour Super Intense Spin Class!

Foot felt a lot better today, so I did an hour of intervals on the bike trainer. I wanted to go longer but started feeling twinges of pain so stopped while I was still ahead.
