prevent the saggy skin from happening? I have been faithfully lifting weights for the last two years. Had my surgery in July. But wondering other than continuing to tone with weights and doing cardio, and yoga - is there anything that works?
It depends on the amount of weight you lose and your age and genetics. For most you either get plastics or learn to deal with it....... I keep telling myself this was for health not vanity.
By toning the muscles, the skin will "drape" better.......I guess that is the only way I can explain it. I have good muscle tone and I am not unhappy with way I look and have no plans for plastics at this point.
