Chin ups - 3 sets, 8 - 10 reps
Preacher Curls - 3 sets, 10 reps @ 90 lbs
Concentration Curls - 3 sets, 10 reps @ 45 lbs ea.
Hammer Curls - 3 sets, 10 reps @ 45 lbs ea.
