Great site.  Thanks for the link.  I figure this winter I have the luxury of improving technique in the pool so I'll be a more efficient swimmer next tri season.

Running tonight, Not very good, bad knee pain - IBS syndrome i think.  only got 3 miles in.  going to get it check tomorrow as it is not getting better.

I have to admit -- I'm way immature. I completely got the giggles reading that your IBS is causing knee pain. There may be more than one kind of IBS, but I was thinking of "irritable bowel syndrome".

I am back in the groove. 

15 minute lower body
2 mile run
30 minutes upper body.

body work is low weight high reps at this point.  Not trying to bulk up but start building some muscle.
