4.16 miles on the TM in 46:40 mins; abs exercises - worked up a good sweat - good workout.  Wanted to go for a 5 mile outside, but my wife freaked out because it was too dark and too cold.  So, off to the gym and the TM.

So what'd you do today?

2.5 mile run over the lunch hour planned!

We were away for the weekend - about 10 hrs away from home via car.  I did manage to get up and go for a 40 min run on Thanksgiving morning - a huge success for me, as I've never been much for exercising while on vacation.  Hope everyone had a good holiday weekend - here's to getting back into the grind!
Highest:  380 / Surgery Day:  344 / Current:  203.8 / Goal:  ~180 / Total Loss:  176.2

Foot feels better, not as swollen, still hurts to walk though. Managed to lift biceps, chest, and triceps, and swam 1200 meters in the pool.

1750 Meter swim today!!!  Woohoo, my longest yet, and in about 30 minutes, just a few stops.  Followed it with a great back/bi/abs workout.  I am freaking exhausted!  In a good way!

Rode my bike for 20 minutes...Around nice neighborhoods.  Took my old Tom Tom.  I know I was going about 11-14 MPH but still couldn't figure out how far I went.  Will figure it out later.  Have to work this evening, which means a lot of walking.  Brian

35-minute swim.  Practiced bilateral breathing.  So hard to break the habit of being a right side breather.
