What weights are good for toning butt/thighs?

I got to my goal weight in four months.  I did this by bike riding.  I ride my bike 6 days a week at a minimum of 10 miles.  I found out too late that I should have been doing some weight training with all the cardio that I was getting. Soooo, long story short I ended up with some loose (inner thigh) skin.  Doesn't look horrible, but it doesn't look pretty either, but I want to correct this (if possible) asap!  I do want to wear shorts come summer time.

Any suggestions?

Thanks.

Current Stats:
Goal Weight 135
Current Weight 131
Height 5'1
Pants size 5/6
Shirt/blouse size: medium

Squats and lunges are the best for legs!

Do you have those resistance things?  There are a lot of great inner thigh toning exercises using those :)

Squats and lunges.
They are a miserable thing, but they really work the best.  You could also add stair climbing in there.

Also check out the Abductor and Adductor machines.  They work the inside and outside of the legs

Depending on how much loose skin you have, It could be hard or nearly impossible to replace the fat lost with an equal amount of muscle.

The first time you do something - It's going to be a personal record!

Also check out the Abductor and Adductor machines.. I don't have access to a gym but the bands are suppose to simulate these :)
