Nailed my 5k

Done another 5k this past Saturday.  I am learning so much each time out.  I know I am not doing anything long distance, but I can notice a difference on fueling, eating the day of or before etc.  I had so much fun.  Oh and not to mention I got  my time under 30 minutes.  28 min 30 seconds!!  Hell Yea!!

They have not posted results yet, but my races are against myself first, so it really doesn't matter.
