Sorry for the late post. I got a little sidetracked. It has just been a crazy week. I am slow getting back into my routine, but working on it. I know there are no runs here this time of year, bu tI am going to start working toward a string of spring runs.
In un-related news, I am back to throwing up and will be calling my surgeon on Monday. It seems to get progressively worse as it goes on and I don't know if it is irritation or dehydration. It has been @ 10 days so back onto liquids I go. =) They are going to scope me, but I swear it is my gall bladder, stones or no stones.

Sorry to hear you are having issues.  I will be at Dr. Curry's Monday for my a checkup.  Maybe I will see you there.  Luckily, I don't have a gallbladder.  I wish they would just take them out when they do the band.
I ran a turket trot on Thanksgiving.  I was sick with a virus the day before and did not eat or drink but was able to finish the run.   Not sure of time because I did not reset my garmin until mile 1.  Hope you are able to get back on track soon!!!

Ohhhh, that blows Chakara... how frustrating for you!  I hope they finally get it figured out, and soon.

I've had another crap week as far as exercise goes.. ran 2 miles a week ago and that's been it.  I'll give my usual "planning on running every off day" routine, which I am, but... well, ya know.  We'll see what happens.

Well, I did do 30 minutes on the treadmill Saturday, and 33 today but boy, it just doesn't seem as easy as it did in the summer.  I shouldn't say easy... it seems harder than it did in the summer, that's what I mean.  Had to take one-minute walk breaks every 5 minutes after the first 10... in all honesty, that can probably be blamed on the fact that I'm so inconsistent now.  We'll see what happens Wednesday! :)
