Worked with my 10 pound weight for awhile...Then rode the bike about 4 miles...In city traffic (stop and go). I had a good speed going (15-18mph)...It's getting cold this evening...Will freeze tonight. Brian
35 mins of interval on the treadmill - walk/run variable incline - covered 2.25 miles and broke a good sweat; followed by 30 mins of abs/back work. Nice workout! Feeling great!

a unplanned rest day, was at the hospital with my husband all day....he will need surgery again....I am feeling really stressed and need to run, hoping tomorrow will be a better day!!!
Lifting biceps, triceps, and chest, then an easy 2 miles on the treadmill. I am doing another half marathon on Thanksgiving, so I wanted to take it easy on the cardio, especially now that suddenly I am having foot pain.
