 30 minute walk by the water before the sun came up.  How are you moving today?

This week all my runs are "Making room for turkey runs!"  Ran 8.5 miles this morning.

It is amazing to think that less than 3 years ago I thought 3 miles was a long way.  Now I'm disappointed when we only time for a 5-6 mile run.  Times change.  It is great to watch everyone taking off with their new opportunities.

I felt totally better today, so I did 75 minutes of intervals on the treadmill, up and down incline. Then my usual 200 crunches, 45 push-ups, 2 planks, some leg work. I really need to get back to weights, I just love the cardio so much more. I'm not planning on taking another day off this week because of the 3 Thanksgiving days in a row we are attending.

60 min of weights (chest/tri), did a test toward the 100 pushup challenge and made it to 90 in a row.
10 min walking on TM for warmup/cooldown
8 mile tempo run on TM 0.5% inclince, low impact intervals w/ negative splits, 1:02:53

30 min core and upper body strength workout - aerobics rest day.
Highest:  380 / Surgery Day:  344 / Current:  203.8 / Goal:  ~180 / Total Loss:  176.2

1 mile run.
