Got in tomorrow morning's run tonight instead. HS track for 3 miles. It is going to freeze here tonight. Bummer.

Tried out my new Garmin 405. I must have bumped something because I guess I paused it. I will take it out on a few walks at work to get the hang of it. I almost need my reading glasses to see the numbers too!

I walked 3 miles, did an hour of Zumba, and about 20 minutes of light weights. That's the most I have done in one day. I loved it!!
