I did a nice pace 3.3 mile run this morning after my kid got on the bus.

 25 Mins on the treadmill run/walk about 2 miles - sore Left groin muscle; 5 mins on elliptical; 30 mins of weights Arms/Legs/Abs - Nice workout!

Today 11/22/2010 is my wife's and my 30th Anniversary - gonna spend the day with her!
Eating junk food and CRAP is not a reward...it's a punishment...
  it's a DEATH sentence...Reward yourself with Good Health!

I have to take the day off today. I worked out hard Saturday and Sunday, plus I fell down the stairs yesterday and my whole body is sore. I hate days off.

An intense hour on the bike trainer. I watched ironman Arizona live from the minutes I woke up yesterday until I went to bed last night, it really inspired me to hammer out some time in the big gears this morning.

60 min spin class, weird random intervals, and the instructor was strange too, will skip her class next time
30 min on stairmaster (155 floors)
