Wow, I am starting this morning...
It has been a long time since I posted, things have been crazy, my husband fell and I had to take him to the ER, he re-hurt his surgery arm...still waiting to see if he needs surgery again...so anyway, no workouts.
But today I ran 7.2 miles...so happy!!!

What did ya'll do today?

I hope your husband has a speedy recovery.

Today was a 11.6 mile run at conversational pace.

Have a great day.

I DESTROYED my 10k race this morning!!

I finished in 1:03 (and change, haven't been able to find the results online yet) - which is a solid five minutes FASTER than my 10k PR time and almost 7 minutes faster than my last 10k two weeks ago!!!

So pumped!!

Hope he gets better soon.

2 mile walk at home with 3 pound hand weights with Leslie Sansome and 10 minutes of kettlebell work.  ATT got Exercise TV back today and I got so happy that I did the CRUNCH Global dance workout (I missed it so much) and I will do it again tonight before I go to bed.
