Looks like the cancer surgery will be mid January. I was hoping not to wait so long but my other choice was 12/23 ...... I didn't think that would make for a very nice christmas. So now I get 2 more months of thinking about it !!!! The good news is the Dr had no concern of any spreading in that amount of time.

Glad to hear the Dr. had no concerns of it spreading. You are so strong, I can't imagine going through what you are going through right now. My dad was diagnosed with prostate cancer in September and his surgery is the 2nd week of December, I am so worried about him. Stay strong Nate, you continue to be an inspiration, even with the diagnosis you have kept going, I salute you.

Nate, you keep on doing what you`re doing; you have accomplished great things already. Remember, you can accomplish anything you set your mind to. You have so many friends here who have your back. Stay strong my friend; your strength, family and friends will see you through this trying time.

Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.

It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.

I really don't know what to say - anything other than "you'll be in my thoughts" sounds chinsy (sp?).  But seriously man, you'll be in my thoughts.  You're strong.
