Good luck! I know you can do it. I'm also in maintenance for swimming and biking right now since I am doing a half ironman in May. So even though most marathon plans have you running 5 days a week,I am only running 2-3 days a week. I'll let you know how that goes.

This is my first time posting on this forum. Hi everyone! I did Body pump for the first time this morning. It was intense. When I finished, I couldn't do anything else so I left the gym. I am a little sore, but it hurts so good. I will definitely be going back to Body pump. I have never been this sore from lifting weights.
