 Great sunrise run - 3.3 miles in 36.06 mins - cold and brisk, but great way to start the day!

I've been terrible for the last two weeks, but I WILL get out and run today, and I WILL get out and run tomorrow.  Three miles each day... not sure if I can do the 3 miles without walking outside (deconditioned, and cold doesn't love me), but I'll dang sure do it on the treadmill.

2.25 miles - first quarter mile was a walk, the rest a run.

This week it's been harder to work running in - I've done zumba, strength, elliptical, etc. indoors.  All good stuff, but I need to do some logistics work if I really want to pursue running the 10k in March.  I'm confident I could walk it, but I'd really like to run it.

 fun local 5k today.  Not my best but under 25 minutes somewhere.

Did 2.5 miles on treadmill in 48 min - 550 cal burn! Now onto my weights - it's upper body lift today- 46 min, chest, shoulders, bicep, tricep, back....great day!

Lost another # today and am now under 100 # left to lose...still waiting on surgery approval but hoping maybe this week. Have a great & healthy day everyone!
