Saturday Workouts
2.25 miles - first quarter mile was a walk, the rest a run.
This week it's been harder to work running in - I've done zumba, strength, elliptical, etc. indoors. All good stuff, but I need to do some logistics work if I really want to pursue running the 10k in March. I'm confident I could walk it, but I'd really like to run it.

Did 2.5 miles on treadmill in 48 min - 550 cal burn! Now onto my weights - it's upper body lift today- 46 min, chest, shoulders, bicep, tricep, back....great day!
Lost another # today and am now under 100 # left to lose...still waiting on surgery approval but hoping maybe this week. Have a great & healthy day everyone!
