1 hour of weights - back/shoulders

What's everyone else doing today?
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.

 Full body weight work, then a 1.5mile run - relatively slow pace.  I'm still wearing my ankle brace so I don't want to push too hard, but it was a good run! 

I may do 2-3 miles Sunday morning if my ankle doesn't relapse or cause an issue after this morning. 

TGIF!!!!! 

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

10 min walk on TM for warmup/cooldown
1:03:26 on TM, 0.5% incline, 8 miles

90 minute run on the treadmill, 6mph, alternating inclines 2-6
3 sets of 15 push-ups
2 1minute planks
200 crunches total (some normal, some reverse, some side, etc.)

4.75 mile easy run. Both knees a bit sore this week. May need to scale back. I've had a couple months now of high milage, it may be taking it's toll.

5 mile run this morning. Following the schedule...hoping to do a full marathon in June at the Oregon Coast.

1 mile @ 7:41
4 X 800 meters @ 7:41

Had to dig deep for that last interval.  Cool-down always feels so slow after the speed play.

Hectic day, but managed to squeak in 35 min. on the cross ramp and some lovin from my foam roller...
