WALKING EVERYDAY VS EVERY OTHER DAY?

i had the sleeve done may 25th. now i speed walk everyday, well i walk as fast as i can for 40-45 min around 3 miles. so is it ok for me to do this everyday or should i do it every other day? i noticed my legs are a little sore. so i need your input. i'm also doing push-ups every other day. and crunches.oh yeah i'm not working right now so i do have the time. just want to know is it ok for my body?
I workout every day, Mon-Fri. I usually do 30 mins of cardio and 30 mins of weights. I try to change it up a little every day...one day I may do a 30 min run, the next 10 on the bike, 10 on the treadmill, and 10 on the elliptical. I also change the weight routines every day...one day arms, one day legs, one day full body.
The key is "listen" to your body. If you do a hard workout one day, take it a little easier the next, but still do something. Do give yourself some full rest days. Saturdays I may do just a bike ride or an easy 3 mile run. I usually take Sundays off completely.

Walking should be fine everyday. However you should listen to your body. If your knees or feet hurt - then you need to switch what you are doing or go every other day. Maybe try working out on a stationary bike, rower, or try swimming. Those will change up your routine a bit.
I have been doing the treadmill, zumba/aerobics, yoga, and lifting weights. And yes I get sore ! Some days are harder to move than otheres. Normally you can do abdominal work everyday. Unless you are using weight machines or a weight ball - that I would alternate every other day.

yeah now i decided to go 4 days then a day off and so on, i'm not just walking like walking a dog i'm speed walking, not your average walking.
