Wednesday Workout

Rode my bike to McDonalds-Wendy's...Got a small chili (Wendy's) and a Grilled Bacon Ranch Chicken Salad with vinaigrette dressing (I'll add a lot of my own vegetables to it...It lasts me a few days).  I was pushing hard (15-20 MPH)...The sun was setting and I was getting cold.  Brian
