 20 mins on Spin Bike - 6 miles; 10 mins on eliptical; 30 mins of weights focused on upper arms, abs, and core.  Good workout, broke a nice sweat and feel GREAT!  Have a good one!

10 min walking on TM fow warmup/cooldown
38 min on TM - 5 miles w/ 30 min of HIIT. mile warmup @ 7:58 then 10 intervals of (2 min @ 7.5MPH, 1 min @ 9.2MPH)
