compression shirts Wal-Mart and Target $10.00 each
No need to spend the big money on UnderArmor brand.

Bodyglide for any other chafing areas.  It comes in what looks like a stick deodorant and it helps a lot.  http://www.amazon.com/Bodyglide-Advanced-Technical-Formula-45/dp/B00027CDKQ

Depending on what you have for stomach skin also you might want to consider looking at one of the elastic bands that you can velcro on over the compression shirt.  That really helps keep the stomach from being a hinderence.
Like one of these http://www.amazon.com/Everlast-Slimmer-Belt-with-Magnets/dp/ B00091RY90/ref=pd_sim_sg_4  Dan turned me on to one of these.  It really works to help hold things in place, but they make you sweat like crazy.  The magnets don't do a damn thing, just a gimmick.

When I'm running a race, it's bodyglide if necessary, compression shirt, elastic wrap, and then a tech t-shirt on over the top

The first time you do something - It's going to be a personal record!

Thanks for all the tips!  I got the cheap compression shirt from walmart and used bandaids to be safe today and was great the whole run....now chaffing on thighs today.  Maybe compression shorts too!  and the glide stuff....  :)
