Hazy morning here in the holy land.  5 miles along the cliffs of the beach and a bit through the neighborhoods, getting lost for a bit (takes the heart rate up a bit or two :)  )

What did you guys do?

 3.2 miles on the treadmill in 32.5 minutes followed by 40 mins of weights focused on lower body and abs/core.  Good workout.  Feeling great!  Looks like I broke the 200 Lbs barrier!!!!

Yesterday was: Spin class

Today after work: W3 class (women working with weights) and then I'll stay for the Cardio Challenge, don't know how long I'll make it but if I can do at least 20 minutes of the cardio challenge I'll be happy.

An hour on the bike trainer this morning ,then my rear derailleur broke, so now I must drive an hour to the "local bike shop" to see if they can fix it.

- 15 min warm up on treadmill
- 30 min smart step
- 10 min bike for cool down

Heading to The Y w/ hubby for something....not sure what, but so long as I'm moving and not on the couch, I'M GOOD.
