Hips hurt all the time

I've been trying to jog and go to step aerobics. The problem is that my hips all the time from working out. I stretch and that doesn't help. Am I always going to have old lady hips?

The best advice it to ease into it.  When I first started running my hips were also sore, but in time, that soreness went away.  If I've been away from it a while, or am inconsistent in my workouts and start back up again full swing, the hips get sore again and I have to get my body used to it.

What I'm saying is it's not uncommon.  The bones do get stressed and need time to get the repair system going.  This is a good thing!  You improve bone health with weight-bearing exercise.
