workouts - DO NO RUNNING.  if anything, one day one mile, easy and no later than Thursday

diet - HYDRATE but don't carb load till Fri, I'd say

REST

REST

REST

and that's about it! LOL.  I was FINE in my half yesterday - my ANKLE, however, felt differently about the situation......

BEST of luck to you!

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

i would say little/no running is good.  low intensity cross training to keep you loose.

I differ from Mack and would carb "load" now and lighten up on carbs over the weekend.

Extra hydrating all week.  :)

Most all, relax and enjoy!

Everyone gave you some great advice. I would like to add....this is the time to take it all in and reflect on the journey. Enjoy your event and be proud of yourself! You worked so hard and now it's time to enjoy the race. Best wishes and I hope you will come back to give us a report.
