NATE, you are my friggin hero bro! Getting it done while going through what's on your plate. YOU my friend, are a champion!!! I did a 3.5 mile maintenance run in 30 minutes. Feelin good for Ironman this week!!!!

Not doing much beyond lifting lately ..... I use the weights to clear my head and blow off a ton of steam and then I find out there's nothing else left in the tank for running.
I find out Friday when surgery will be.

No longer about weight , it's all about living.
Went to the Y and did 15 minutes on the treadmill and about 20 min. on the weight machines.

Had my heavy strength workout that I do 5 days out from a big race. My coach has a traveling weight lab that he brought to my work. It was kind of cool.
