Hi Nate and gang,
I'm new to this forum. I have always been an active exerciser. Age 54, happily married and I had emergency small bowel obstruction in July thanks to adhesion's. Big tummy incision. Surgeon's hate adhesion's!

So I'm easing back to the gym, have been for 2 weeks. I'm usually at the gym Mon thru Friday. So today it's spin class after work! I'm back into the game! Whhooooooo!!!

Last week I took a rowing class and man that did my stomach in. It seems I am an "all out gal" and I gotta learn to stop when it hurts. So today at spin I'll listen to my body and get back into the groove. I want to get 20 more pounds off but it's no race, the weight will come off in time.
Thanks to my Eating Coach I'm not stressing about food, weight or exercise. Kinda freeing. No guilt. Have a great day!
