Exercise Question

I have been taking a few aerobic classes (step, step w/weights, Zumba).  I also workout on the step machine.  I have noticed that my right thigh is much larger than my left.  My trainer told me when I first met with him that one leg was weaker than the other.  Any suggestions on how to get my right thigh to match my left one, SERIOUSLY.

Hi there! I have the same quote on my facebook page as you have in your sig line - LOVE IT!!!

As for your legs - I'd suggest free weight combo exercises.  Using a machine will not isolate your weaker leg, so you'll have to use free weights to force that side to pull it's load.  Squats, lunges, deadlift, leg extensions are all good ones to get that leg moving and pulling its weight
