Sunday Workouts!!!
After running a 4.75 mile race yesterday (as a bandit ...shhh), I went out for another 4.75 this morning at a real casual pace. Yesterdays race was 3 minutes faster than the same race last year.
What did you do today?

LOL @ Scott (ssshhhh! funny)
This morning, in the Pacific NW early morning mist, I did a new route, with rolling hills. Of course no matter what, I still have the very long grade and steep hill up to my home. I felt good though, and it is a nice way to start the day!
Hope you all are having a good one!

Every morning in Africa , a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.

It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.

Ran 6.38 miles with friends this morning at a comfortable 9:50 pace. I was pleased that the recovery after this last marathon has progressed very well.
