Saturday Workouts
Last ride od consequence before Ironman next week... Just under 56 miles at 19.82 mph pace. ALOT of hill repeats, and 15-20mph steady winds with 30mph gusts. Super solid ride for me.... Good to see ya back Dan...

Ran nine miles this morning. Forgot to post yesterday, but I was so busy. Yesterday I ran seven miles, then hit the gym for an hour workout with weights. Plan on getting in another twenty miles on the bike this afternoon (still taking advantage of the great weather, not sure when I have to hang up the bike).

Every morning in Africa , a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.

It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.
