Saturday Workouts
Hey all!
Well, it's starting to feel good getting back into shape. Looking forward to hearing all the great races you guys have been doing.
After Ceour d'Alene and getting married this summer I've been slow getting back into things and boy am I feeling it now!!!
Back at it though -- ran 5k this morning and it wasn't pretty but I know in about 2-3 hours I'll feel great about it.
Looks like I should be doing at least one 70.3 next summer -- hopefully 2 so I'm back into training mode!!!!!

Did a 2.55 run through my town - it was hilly and plenty challenging for me! I'm focusing more on changing up the terrain than speed and distance right now. Going to do a few weeks of shaking it up before starting my the 10k training program.
Have a great day all!
