40 Mins of weights focused on upper body, abs and core.

75 minutes of weights - back/shoulders
15 minutes (74 floors) on the stairway to death.
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.

 hahahahaha, I call ours the Stairway to HELL!!!  I hate that thing...but my legs and butt are looking better so to hell I will climb!!!

I need to stay off of it ...... I have a line of women stairing at my butt everywhere I go ..... Really drives me crazy !!!!!!

10 min walking on TM for warmup/cooldown

20 min. elliptical
15 min. treadmill (cool down)

HARD for me to wake up early and do it, but glad I did.

Oh ya...I have plans for Zumba this evening.
