Thank you Nate! I really appreciate your support. I was in the Army for 5 years and I really cherish my memories. Was wanting to go to Applebee's in my uniform now that it finally fits again to get my free meal, but nobody to watch my kids, who are 4 and 1. My husband will be back from Iraq in about 3 weeks. At the races, when they play the national anthem it makes me kind of teary eyed, our military has scarified so much to keep us free and safe to give us the chance to go out and have fun at a race.

I'm in GA and have no idea where Hinesville is but if you every in the ******* Area I'll buy you a protein drink.

The Gwinett Gladiators feature a vet at every home game and the crowd goes nuts when they introduce them.  The respect for those who have and are serving our country is one thing I make sure my kids understand.

Thanks! Hinesville is right next to Fort Stewart, about an hour outside Savannah.

Took my bicycle to the local university...rode around the campus for about 1/2 hour...good pace.  Then I cheated and rode to RiteAid and got a single scoop of ice cream...Then rode about 15-20 minutes more to burn off the sugar and carbs.  Brian  PS  I love places that have handicap access...They are so much fun to ride on holidays and weekends!!

I walked on the TM at 4 mph half mile warm up and cool down and ran 1 mile at 5 mph. I am still having pain in my left thigh from overuse last Friday; but it is better!
