Thursday Workout

 Up too early so off to the gym...10 mins on Bike, 10 mins on Eliptical, 10 mins on Treadmill, then 1 hour of weights, full body workout today, Arms, Legs, Abs/Core.  Good workout!

I'm off to an early start this morning.  Already got the following under my belt:
- 15 min. - Warm up/ Cardio
- 45 min. - Power Pump class

I have plans to meet a gal pal at the park this evening for a 3 mile walk, too.

I love the Fall weather....

2 mile walk and planning some strength training tonight, this is the area I really need to focus myself on. Hope everyone has a good one and a huge THANK YOU to all the veterans!

60 min spin class - AE intervals and hills

 Embarrassingly enough, set the alarm clock to pm instead of am...woke up just in time to be 10 minutes late to work....crap!!!

Hopefully 750m swim tonight.

80 minutes of weights - chest/arms
2 mile in 15 minutes
Was planning on 5k at lunch but a sore knee says no!
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.
